Jellypod is both a podcast creation and hosting platform built into one. As part of purchasing a subscription, you unlock premium hosting & distribution to Spotify, Youtube, Apple Podcasts, more voice clones, monthly credits, and many more features.

How to cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription, click on your Account Profile in the lower left corner, then click on "Billing & Usage". Here you can view your subscription information and update/manage your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, click on the "Update/Manage Subscription" button on the Usage & Billing page. Then in the subscription popup, click on the "Edit Billing" button in the lower right corner.

If you cancel your subscription, you will forfeit all your account credits and your podcasts will become unavailable on connected platforms. Instead of cancelling, downgrading to cheaper plans will allow you to keep your credits and active platform connections.

Alternatively, you can just click on this link to manage your plan https://jellypod.ai/studio/settings/billing?action=edit-billing

What happens when I cancel?

As a general rule of thumb, any features that were not available on the Free plan will stop working when your subscription ends. Any unused credits will be forfeited when your plan cancels and you'll be reverted to the Free plan's limit.

If you're on a more expensive plan, we recommend downgrading to the cheapest premium plan to ensure things like credits and hosting aren't lost.

What happens to my podcasts?

The podcasts you've already created remain yours and will never get deleted. They will stay accessible on your podcast's custom website. However, distribution to premium platforms like Spotify or via RSS will be disconnected. You can always download your episodes and purchase a different podcast hosting service, like from our friends at Transistor.

You won't be able to create new voice clones, and existing clones will remain in your account for some period of time before they're deleted. After they're deleted, you'll have to recreate them.
